These terms apply to your use of tryhermony.com and to every order you place with us. Hermony is operated by JBJ COMMERCE LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, Returns & refunds, Shipping and, if you choose it, our RepeatCare terms.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in the United States or the United Kingdom. Our products are for personal use, not for resale.

Our products and the information on this site

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Always follow the label and the leaflet in the box. If they ever differ from this website, please tell us so we can correct the website. Colors and packaging in photos may vary slightly.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars for US orders and in pounds sterling for UK orders. UK prices include VAT. US sales tax, where it applies, and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken when you place your order. If we have made an obvious pricing mistake, we contact you before shipping and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

Your order

After you order, you get an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we do, you get a full refund.

RepeatCare

RepeatCare is an automatic refill subscription that you can cancel at any time. How it works, how you are charged and how to cancel is set out in our RepeatCare terms, which are part of these terms.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping policy. The products are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Reviews and what you send us

If you send us a review, photo or story, you confirm that it is true, based on your own experience, and yours to share. You allow us to show it on our website and in our marketing. Because a review shows that you use Hermony, we only publish your name with it if you agree when you submit it. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

We publish all genuine reviews of our products, positive and negative, except reviews that are unlawful, abusive, about a different product, or contain someone else's personal information. We never edit a review to change its meaning. We never pay for or reward reviews based on what they say, and if we gave someone a free product or other benefit for a review, we say so next to it.

Using our website

Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to get unauthorized access, copying content automatically, or using it for anything unlawful. Everything on the site, including text, images, the Hermony name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described and in accordance with the law. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for interruptions to the website that are outside our control.

Except where prohibited by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to UK consumers' statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for anything that cannot be limited by law. New Jersey residents: the limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by New Jersey law.

Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to us first. We try to solve every issue within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes that are not covered by the arbitration section below are handled by the courts of Wyoming, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts or local law.

US customers: arbitration

Except for claims in small-claims court, you and we agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in a class, collective or representative action. If 25 or more similar claims are filed, they are administered in batches. You can opt out of this section by emailing info@tryhermony.com within 30 days of your first order. This section does not apply to UK customers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it.
