Who is responsible for your information
Hermony is operated by JBJ COMMERCE LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States (registration number 2026-001923513), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States. We are responsible for your personal information as described in this policy.
Questions about privacy: info@tryhermony.com, subject line “Privacy”.
You need to give us your name, address and email address so we can deliver your order. Without them we can't sell to you.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if you add one, and what you write to us.
- Order information: what you bought, your RepeatCare settings, order number, amounts, delivery status, returns and refunds.
- Payment information: our payment processors handle your card details. We only receive confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, language, approximate location from your IP address, and which pages you visit.
About health information. Hermony makes intimate care products, so the fact that you buy from us, and anything you tell us about symptoms, can say something about your health. We treat this as sensitive information. How we handle it is explained in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
How we collect it
Directly from you when you order, create an account, sign up for emails or write to us. Automatically through cookies and similar technology when you use our website. And from our service providers, for example delivery updates from the carrier and payment status from the payment processor.
Why we use it
Health information (UK). Because your order can reveal information about your health, we process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give at checkout. You can withdraw it at any time. We then still keep what the law requires us to keep, such as tax records, but we can no longer send you products.
We don't make decisions about you based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers that work on our behalf, under contracts that limit what they may do with it, and with analytics and advertising partners only if you consent:
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell personal information for money. If you turn on advertising cookies, our advertising partners (such as Meta) receive information about your visit and purchases, including the fact that you visited or bought from Hermony, which may reveal health-related information. Some state laws call this “sharing” or a “sale”. We only do this with your separate, specific consent, and you can withdraw it at any time through Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of every page.
Cookies and similar technology
You can change your choice at any time through Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies and of any sale or sharing for that browser.
Where your information is processed
We are a US company and our customer service team is based in Europe. Some of our service providers process information in other countries. When information about UK customers is transferred outside the UK, we use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe. Customer service messages are deleted when the matter is closed and any claim period has passed. Everything else is deleted when we no longer need it.
How we protect it
Our website and checkout are encrypted with TLS. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is completely risk-free, but if a breach puts your information at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights in the United States
Depending on the state you live in, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and others with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have about you and get a copy,
- correct information that is wrong,
- have your information deleted,
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, targeted advertising and profiling,
- limit the use of sensitive personal information,
- appeal if we say no to your request.
To use your rights, email info@tryhermony.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We confirm your identity by matching details from your order, and reply within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we respond within the time the law sets. We will never treat you differently for using your rights.
California
In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, address), customer records, commercial information (orders), internet activity, approximate location, and sensitive personal information (health-related information that follows from your order). We use them only for the purposes listed above, and disclose them to the service providers listed above. We do not sell personal information. If you consent to advertising cookies, we share identifiers, internet activity and commercial information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time through Your Privacy Choices or a Global Privacy Control signal.
We use sensitive personal information only for the purposes permitted by Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7027(m), such as providing the products you ordered, and not to infer characteristics about you, so we do not offer a separate “limit” link. We do not sell or share personal information of consumers we know are under 16. California residents may also ask which personal information, if any, we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing (we don't).
Your rights in the United Kingdom
For customers in the UK
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@tryhermony.com and we reply within one month.
If you think we handle your information unlawfully, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Email sign-up discount (notice of financial incentive)
When you give us your email address in our sign-up form, we give you 15% off your first order. You opt in by submitting the form, and you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. Opting in is voluntary. We offer the discount because email subscribers are more likely to buy again, and we estimate the value of your email address to us as equal to the discount you receive.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails if you have said yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works straight away. Order confirmations, shipping updates and RepeatCare reminders are not marketing and are sent regardless. We don't send marketing text messages.
Children
Our products and website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information about anyone under 18. If you think we have, write to us and we delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed. If we change something important about how we use your information, we tell you more clearly than just changing the date.
