What counts as consumer health data here
Information that is linked to you and says something about your physical health. For Hermony that means:
- that you have bought, or subscribe to, Hermony vaginal moisture inserts,
- what you tell us about symptoms or health when you write to customer service,
- answers you give in a product guide or survey on our website, if you choose to take one.
Where it comes from
From you, when you order or write to us, and from your device when you use our website.
Why we collect and use it
- to process, ship and support your order and RepeatCare,
- to answer your questions and handle returns,
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud.
We collect and use only what is necessary to provide the product you asked for. For anything else, we ask for your consent first.
Who we share it with
With service providers that help us deliver your order, under contracts that forbid them from using it for anything else: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, fulfillment partner and carriers, and our email and customer service tools. Carriers receive your name, address and the customs description required for international shipping.
Analytics, session-recording and advertising partners (such as Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and Meta) only receive information about your visit and purchases if you give your separate, specific consent. You can withdraw it at any time through Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of every page. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use geofencing around health care facilities.
Your rights
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it together with a list of all third parties and affiliates we have shared it with, and an email address or online form for contacting each of them.
- Withdraw your consent.
- Have it deleted. We also tell our service providers and third parties to delete it, and data in our archives and backups is deleted within six months.
- Appeal if we decline your request.
Email info@tryhermony.com with the subject line “Health data request”. We reply within 45 days. If we decline, reply to our answer to appeal, and we respond within 45 days with our decision. If we deny your appeal, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint, or the attorney general of your state.
Changes and effective date
This policy is effective October 25, 2026. If we change it in a material way, we post the new version here, and we ask for your consent before we use consumer health data in a new way.

Everything else about how we handle personal information is in our Privacy policy.
