Not medical advice

Everything on this website, in our emails and on our social media is general information. It is not a diagnosis and not a replacement for advice from a doctor, nurse or other health professional. Never ignore professional advice, or wait to seek it, because of something you read here.

Hermony is not a medicine

Hermony vaginal moisture inserts are not a medicine. They don't replace any treatment your doctor has recommended. Always read the label and the leaflet in the box before use.

Talk to your doctor first if

  • you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to get pregnant,
  • you have, or think you might have, an infection,
  • you have pain, burning, unusual discharge or a strong odor,
  • you have any vaginal bleeding after menopause, or bleeding you can't explain,
  • you are being treated for cancer, have had recent pelvic surgery, or have a known condition,
  • you are unsure whether the product is right for you.

Using Hermony

  • Use it exactly as described on the label and in the leaflet in the box.
  • Check the ingredient list if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
  • Stop using it and talk to your doctor if you get itching, burning, irritation or any other reaction.
  • Hermony contains oil-based ingredients (cocoa butter) and should not be used with latex or polyisoprene condoms.
  • Hermony is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Personal experiences

Reviews and customer stories on this website describe one person's experience. Everyone is different, and your experience may not be the same.

If it's urgent

If you have severe pain, heavy bleeding or feel very unwell, contact a doctor right away. In an emergency, call 911 in the US or 999 in the UK. In the UK you can also call NHS 111.
